General
A player online has no purchase commitment or monetary expenditure in
order to choose to play Money Balls. The game is online to be played
during 24 hours of each day. The game is void where prohibited by law.
All winnings and their amounts will be specified on the site as they are
won. Only claims on prizes during the prizes specified duration would be
considered valid. Prize amounts available to be won may be changed in
amount at the jurisdiction of the owners of Money Balls. The owners of
Money Balls reserve the right to immediately cancel or suspend the game
and outstanding winnings should viruses, bugs, human intervention or
other causes beyond its control, corrupt or affect the administration,
security, fairness or proper conduct of the game. No electronic devices
or software programs may be used to gain false profits and winnings from
Money Balls. Any fraudulent attempts to claim prizes or to circumvent the
rules of this game will subject such individual to prosecution and
relative prizes will not be issued. The owners of Money Balls are not
responsible for any technical errors that create a situation whereby an
erroneous prize is gained. In the case of players obtaining a bonus, the
sum amount will be added to the player's accumulative bonus. In order to
retain this accumulative bonus it is necessary to play the game at least
once in any 30-day period. This accumulative bonus will only be paid out
to any winner when that winner achieves a cash win. The maximum bonus a player
can accumulate and claim is $10,000. The Money Balls Server generates the Lottery's
winning balls and the players Sweepstake number with its CPU clock. The
odds of winning a prize at Money Balls are related to the number of games
that have been played. All federal, state, provincial, local and other
taxes and tariffs of any kind are the responsibility of the winning
party.
Eligibility
of Players
This contest is open to all persons with Internet access. All players
must provide their own Internet access and be responsible for the
effectiveness of their connection. Players must have legal majority age
as applied within their country of residence. The game is void where
prohibited by law. The owners, employees, and their immediate families,
or persons living in the same household as such employees, of Money
Balls, and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, are not eligible
to participate to any winning prizes.
Conduct
of Players
The owners of Money Balls reserves the right, in its own sole discretion,
to disqualify any individual or winning player that acts in the following
manner: (1) Falsifying or technically abusing the entry process,
"spamming" or falsifying in acquiring extra tickets, or any
part of the operation of the game and Web Site (2) Being in violation of
the official rules (3) Acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten
or harass any person employed by Money Balls.
Claiming
Prizes
In the case of players obtaining a cash win. The winner will be sent a
"Claim Form" which they must complete with their name, age,
telephone number, current mailing address and e-mail and return to our
accountants within 30 days. Information provided on the
form must be legally valid in order to claim a prize. A Notary Public
must acknowledge the form, or it must be sent with a copy of a driver's
license or a copy of the winner's birth certificate. Prizes won by
contestants together with any bonus will be honored in the form of a
check and paid within sixty-days (60) from the date our accountants
receive the correct "Claim Form". We strongly recommend that a
Postal Address is clearly indicated in any "Claim Form" as
prizes returned to us as undeliverable will result in the forfeiture of
the winner's claim.
Limitations
and Liability of Money Balls
The owners of Money Balls are not responsible for any incorrect or
inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the
equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest.
They are also not legally or financially responsible for any technical or
human error that may occur in the course playing or in the administration
of this game. Money Balls and its employees assume no responsibility for
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation
or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or
unauthorized access to or alteration of data. Money Balls and its
employees are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction
of any telephone network lines, computer online systems, servers or
providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or players on
account of technical problems with traffic congestion on the Internet,
including injury or damage to participants, or to any other person's
computer, related to or resulting from participating or receiving
materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable
of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any
other causes beyond the control of playing the game MoneyBalls.com, Money
Balls, do not assume any responsibility in this respect . Nor is it
responsible for any corruption and anything that affects the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the
game MoneyBalls.com. It also reserves the right, at its sole discretion and
at any time to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the game if players
are acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other person.
Player
Information

winning information with any third parties without the permission of such
winners. Acceptance by a player of any prize constitutes permission,
where permitted by law, to use the winner's name, photograph or video,
recorded telephone calls and/or likeness without compensation. Statements
made by winners may be used as promotional material in connection with
MoneyBalls.com without any further financial or other forms of compensation.
Agreement
to be Bound
By participating and playing MoneyBalls.com any winner agrees to abide by
all the rules as stipulated: (1) To be bound by all of these rules and
the decisions of the owners. (2) Winners, or their legal representative,
successors, heirs and assigns, release MoneyBalls.com successors,
subsidiaries and assigns from any and all liability associated with this
contest.
Important
Any attempt by a player and/or any other individual to deliberately
